Pricing and Availability
The nightly rate ranges from £250 to £300 per night according on the season for 2 and £25 per person for added guests, High season in the Caribbean is December to April and Low season is May to November. We do long term rental in the low season, minimum 3 months

Yacht sailing from the house is only available in the high season either for the day Charter or further afield if you fancy a week in the house and a week away on the yacht skippered charter. The Yacht is a Grand Soleil 45 with two double cabins or a double and bunk bed cabin available. Main double cabin has a en-suit heads and a shared head for the other double or twin. Or you can have your own yacht lying stern to on the quay for a extra charge of £0.80 per foot per night up to 85 ft
